AIRLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE COURSE

Our Airline Customer Service Course is an excellent way to commence a new and exciting career in the aviation business.

On successful completion of our course, students will receive the ATRS industry recognised Certificate.

• Passenger Services - Check-in / Boarding / Arrivals                          
• Aviation Security
• Aviation Health and Safety Procedures
• Airline Customer Care and Communication Skills
• Ground Operations Procedures
• Personal Presentation and Interview Techniques

All courses are held at the Carlton Airport Hotel, Dublin Airport

Course duration is 4 days (0930 - 1500 each day)

The total cost for this course including Certification is only €295.

A non-refundable deposit of €50 is required to guarantee your place.

The remaining €245 is to be paid on the first day of the course.

This is a FAS  approved course and if you are unemployed, FAS may cover the costs via your Employment Services Officer, your Social Welfare Job Facilitator or a Community Employment Scheme.    No deposit required if FAS approve your funding in full.

FAS will give you a form- "Accreditation of Course Provider and Training Form" for both you and ATRS to complete before approval is given.
